Im on the case Col Trying to find out if they sell just the mould though as the mould kit comes with 4-5oz kits which im not likely to use. Once we have got one on the firm. If you pay for the fittings kits im happy to knock the leads up for you mate, free of charge.

Failing that a brilliant alternative is breakaway impact leads. I swear by them mate, plus there more aerodynamic only problem is theres no mould to make them yourself or not that i no of anyway mate anyone knowing different let me no please as i will gladly pay the money for a mould for those. Dont think breakaway will be releasing one of those though... they make to much money out of them how the rich get richer and us poor anglers get poorer again there still worth every penny. As i say im waiting for an email back from gemini tackle re the splash down moulds.

Theres no problem there Neil, i will make good use of the 4/5 oz leads, and i will buy a 6oz kit to replace them.

And after a day out with John French, your be using smaller leads yourself

or is it a case you need to use 6oz to carry that heavy old braid out to sea ?

Oh dear oh dear if only you knew the mechanics of braid you would be casting much further mate and seeing every single little tiny knock and being in perfect contact of fish at 100 yards is a blinding feeling. Instead of having a 30 yard buffer zone on your out dated old nylon get with the beat baggy keep up with the times.
Whats the weather doing for wednesday night then.

Think jades mum is buying me the mould for a birthday present do you want me to get her to order a 5 0z kit and a 6 0z kit for us? we will have to pay for them ourselfs
