I got one of Micks bait pumps last year.....i still not learned how to use it properly....but with a little practice you can easily pump a few....my first go saw me getting about 20 worms.......by the third/forth outing, me and my mate got over 200 in no time at all.
When ordering from Mick, consider asking him to make you a pump that 'fits you'.......Mick made mine a bit longer than the normal so that i didnt have to bend over as much (bad back). I found that the 'key' to success was the adjustment of the plunger which alters the amount of suction.
Its amazing when you get your first worms......a tiny little cast, throwing up a thick 8/10" worm out on the sand Shocked .....brilliant, a real buzz.

Well im sure he will come along and carry the bucket for us haha its not to bad for me living down here though it still takes 25 minutes to the life boat station from my house. They do say you can pump at pirate springs which aint as far from me, not that i have found the place as yet but i dare say i will be able to.

Colin is up for a bit of pumping to that will help ease the work load Smile

Pirate Springs from Hythe take the A259 through Dymchurch,St Marys bay carry on look for Briars Rd on right just after on left before Littlestone Golf club is Coast Drive go down there can park at end(room for about 6 cars)Thats Pirate Springs.
Coast drive leads into coast rd which runs along sea well back of golf culb into Littlestone (its narrow and rough)There is also a venue along there that you may hear reports about called the Water Tower if you look towards Littlestone your see a Red water Tower funny enough.Hope this helps if not I'll drag Nick away from his keyboard Friday and show him.
